EXHIBITS

 

Exhibitor Badges:

1. Each exhibiting company entitled to exhibitor badges, determined by sponsor category
2. Badges grant access to Exhibition Area and Welcome Reception.
3. Badges include participant name and company name.
4. Collect badges at registration desk onsite during opening hours

Distribution of free kits/bag:

1. Exhibiting company should not distribute their free gifts /bags to delegates inside conference hall .only they can distribute in their allotted stalls.
2. Non exhibiting company who are not having stalls should not distribute their brochure ,free gifts ,advertise in conference hall/exhibit areas. strict action will be taken and banned from attending conference.

Sound Equipment & Music:

1. Sound equipment/music allowed if it doesn't disturb neighboring exhibitors.
2. Position speakers inward to contain sound within booth.
3. Noise level should allow normal conversation within ~3 meters.
4. Live music not permitted.
5. Organizers may stop excessive noise or objectionable music.
6. Respect third-party copyrights; organizers not liable for disputes.

Animals:

1. No animals allowed at the venue.

Build-Up & Dismantling Period:

1. No alcohol consumption or working under influence of substances.
2. Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
3. Prohibited: cutting machines, welding machines, sanders, spray guns.

Children:

1. No one under 18 admitted, including exhibitors' children.

Damage to Building:

1. Exhibitors liable for damage caused during installation, exhibition, and dismantling.
2. No adhesive stickers or fixtures on floors, walls, or pillars.

Disposal of Material:

1. Obligatory to collect and dispose of all material during build-up or dismantling.
2. Exhibitor loses right to claim losses or damages to property left behind.

Fire Regulations:

1. All materials must meet venue's Health & Safety guidelines.
2. Booth material must be non-flammable or treated with fire-retardant chemicals.
3. Storage of flammable substances forbidden; contact organizers for clarification.
