For faculty/delegates:
- Registration is mandatory for all the Faculty, Delegates, and scientific paper /poster presenters as well as for all participating in the conference.
- Registration fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, trade exhibition, Inaugural ceremony , lunch ,dinner and delegate kit.
- Only Junior Residents (MD/DNB/DRM) can register under resident category.PhD pursuing delegates also should register under Residents category .It is mandatory to submit a letter from HOD to avail of the registration in the resident category.
- Post graduate degree holders including Senior Residents, Fellows and DM residents need to register under Nuclear Medicine Physician Category.
- Registration fee does not include travel and accommodation.
- The organizing committee shall not be liable in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Conference organizers are not responsible for the failure of electronic communication/transactions, if any.
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- GST @ 18% shall be charged extra on the registration fee mentioned
- Bank charges 3% extra shall be charged
- Children under 18yrs age of faculty/ delegates are not allowed inside conference hall
- Children also should be registered as accompanying person as lunch and dinner coupons will be chargeable and compulsory
- Alcohol / cocktail is strictly prohibited for bsc NMT students aged below 21 yrs and Accompanying person below 21 years (alcohol rules in Tamilnadu)
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
- Cancellation mail received before/ on October 15. 50% will be refunded.
- After October 15, 2024 – no refund will be made.
Note:
In case of cancellation at any stage, Bank & GST charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made only after the conference.
